VPSA oxygen generatorIntroductionThis PSA oxygen generator is mainly composed of blower, vacuum pumps, and switch over valves, adsorption columns, and oxygen surge tank, and more. After being removed of dust particles by the inlet filter, the feed air is boosted to 30-50Kpa through the Roots blower and then enters into the adsorption column, in which the moisture,CO2 and other gas are absorbed by the oxide aluminum adsorbent and then the nitrogen is absorbed by the zeolite molecular sieve. The oxygen (including argon) is discharged from the upper outlet of the absorber and sent to the oxygen surge tank. When the adsorbent is saturated, the vacuum pulling will be done by the switch over valve and the vacuum pump. The adsorbed moisture, CO2 , nitrogen and other impurities are pulled out and discharged into the air and the adsorbent is regenerated.
