HXFR-HIPS400H using imported material carrier, choose different flame retardants and assist agent. The reasonable formula and technology, the use of advanced equipment, achieve the  good compatibility with ABS. Note

1.The processing temperature should be 10℃ lower than Melting temperature of pure materials. Not more than 210℃. Attention to continuous production, and avoid the residence time too long, flame retardant decomposition in the screw.

2. Suggest adding FR-HIPS400H flame retardant masterbatch 20-23%, UL943.2/mmV0 level could be achieved.

Application

Mainly used in black HIPS injection and extrusion, high effective and low cost.

Packing/Storage

25KG/bag: paper-plastic composite plus polyethylene lining plastic bag packaging, stored in dry and cool place, avoid direct sunlight.
