【Introduction】 This  product is a complex system of high melting point oxidized polyethylene wax and special polymer.

Reduce the friction between yarn and machine;

Effective protection of yarn strengthand yarn breakage rate;

Easy to use,no need to do the wax fixing after use it;

Can use together with cation and non-ionic softener.

Appearance:Milky white liquid

Ionic:cation/non-ionic 

Solid content: 30%

 

【Application】

Cotton yarns,blended cotton yarn,cotton knitted.


【Usage amount for reference 】 

Dipping process:  0.5~1.5%( o.w.f )

            Pad(40~50℃,15-20min) →oven dry →setting（100℃）


【Package】50 or 120kg/drum


【Storage】Store in cool and ventilated warehouse. 6 moths of storage period.
